Alessandro F. Pilarski assists the firm’s clients mainly in the areas of corporate law – often in the context of extraordinary transactions or of mergers and acquisitions – bankruptcy law and, more generally, with their commercial contracts.

During his professional career he assisted major Italian and international companies, often in the context of complex trans-border deals, developing a large experience also in very specific markets such as energy and utilities, betting and gaming, civil aviation and maritime navigation, as well as in the entertainment sector.

He graduated from the University of Siena, magna cum laude, in 2003 and, thereafter, obtained an LL.M. from the University of Oxford in 2004.

Before collaborating with the firm since its foundation in 2011, Alessandro started his professional career with Allen & Overy in 2004.

Alessandro is a member of the Bar of Rome.

He speaks Italian, English and French.
