Jacopo M. Orsi carries out his professional activity mainly in the field of EU and domestic competition law, assisting both national and international clients in cases of cartels, abuses of dominant position, unfair commercial practices and merger control procedures before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission.
Furthermore, he regularly advises on matters concerning regulated and assists clients in civil judicial disputes, with particular regard to the abovementioned areas.
After obtaining a scholarship for thesis research abroad at the Universidad de Granada, he graduated in Law at the University of Rome - La Sapienza in January 2020. He subsequently obtained a Master's Degree in Competition and Innovation Law at the Luiss School of Law, discussing a thesis entitled “The Trade Association and Antitrust Law. Conduct relevant to restrictive agreements of competition”. 
He previously worked with an Italian law firm dealing with civil litigation, contract law and consulting in commercial and corporate matters. He has gained significant experience in the pharmaceutical sector, dealing with competition law and intellectual property issues at EU and national level.
He is a member of the Bar of Rome.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
