Founding partner

Roberto Donnini is one of the founding partners of the firm.

He practices in Italy and had a professional experience in New York.

Roberto has significant expertise in the areas of corporate and securities market regulations. He has advised financial institutions, companies and multinational groups on domestic and international strategic transactions (such as mergers, share or asset acquisitions, demergers, spin-offs, joint venture agreements, privatizations).

He has published articles and has taken part as speaker in seminars and conferences on topics relating to corporate and financial law and its practice developments, in Italy and abroad.

He graduated magna cum laude from La Sapienza University of Rome in 1985 and, after obtaining a Master of Comparative Law at Tulane University (New Orleans), he started his professional career in 1986 at Magrone Gorla Pasinetti Brosio and Casati. Before founding Caiazzo Donnini Pappalardo & Associates he was partner of Allen & Overy for 13 years.

He is a member of the Bar of Rome and is qualified to practice before the Italian High Courts.

He speaks Italian, English and French.
