Enrico Di Tomaso

Enrico Di Tomaso has gained significant experience in the areas of EU and domestic competition law, assisting both national and international clients in cases of cartels, abuses of dominant position, unfair commercial practices and merger control procedures before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission.
Enrico regularly advises on matters concerning regulated markets (in particular, electronic communications, energy, financial services/insurance), commercial contracts and corporate law matters. He also assists clients in civil and administrative judicial disputes, with particular regard to the abovementioned areas.
He graduated from the University of Genoa, magna cum laude, in 2005, and started his professional career with an internship at the Italian Competition Authority, thereafter collaborating with primary Italian and International law firms, before joining the firm in 2013.
In 2014 Enrico obtained an LL.M. from the Tilburg University in the Netherlands, followed by an experience as visiting lawyer at the Brussels office of a renowned international law firm.
Enrico is a member of the Bar of Rome.
He speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
