Electronic Communications

The team of Electronic Communications Law of the Firm is considered one of the best present on the legal services market and assists some among the major communications operators in all regulatory issues related to their business activity (in particular fixed and mobile telephony), including advice on competition law matters, assistance in judicial proceedings having a competition and/or regulatory nature (e.g. concerning network access), negotiation and drafting of sector-related agreements.
In addition, we assist and defend electronic communications operators in regulatory disputes before the national regulatory Authority (Agcom), Administrative Tribunals, ordinary Courts and in the context of arbitration proceedings.
