Francesca Costantini has gained wide experience in the areas of competition and consumer protection law, assisting Italian and international companies on issues regarding anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, unfair commercial practices, concentrations and other corporate matters, with particular emphasis on highly regulated sectors, such as electronic communications, energy and pharmaceuticals.

She graduated from the University Luiss Guido Carli of Rome in 2004 and she has been a member of Rome Bar since 2008.

In 2005 Francesca obtained an LL.M. from the Business School of Sole 24 Ore.

She collaborated with primary Italian and International law firms before joining the firm in 2013.

She speaks Italian, English and French.
