Electronic Communications

The electronic communications team of the Firm is considered, at a national and international level, among the best available on the legal services market and assists some among the major communications operators in all regulatory issues related to their business activity (in particular fixed and mobile telephony), including antitrust issues, unfair commercial practices, defenses in (civil and administrative) legal proceedings concerning antitrust and regulatory issues, for example, concerning access to networks and the negotiation and drafting of sector-related agreements.

Furthermore, the Firm represents and defends companies operating in such sector in regulatory disputes before the national regulatory Authority (Agcom), Administrative Tribunals, ordinary Courts as well as arbitral panels, and assists such clients also in corporate and M&A transactions.

Finally, the Firm represents the clients before the competent authorities (Ministry of Economic Development, Italian Communications Authority-AGCOM) and provides assistance also with regard to the drafting of industry specific contracts and in the performance of obligations laid down by the law.
