The Firm assists construction companies, financial institutions, real estate companies and funds in the development, financing and acquisition of properties or real estate portfolios (hotels, students’ accommodations, shopping centers, rotating parking lots, residential or office buildings) in relation to all relevant features including construction, urban and authorization profiles.

We advised banks and operators in relation to situations of insolvency and restructuring relating to property portfolios, on both the creditor banks and owners’ side.

The Firm provides assistance in relation to real estate financing to real estate companies, funds and SIIQ and transactions of purchase or sale of mortgage-backed credit portfolios and management of the same.
